Payment for the White Box finish is made as a one-time payment within 30 calendar days from the date the investor is notified about the start of White Box renovation works.

White Box delivery standard

Apartments are delivered with a completed White Box finish, which includes all renovation works, a fully equipped bathroom with all sanitary fittings, and a kitchen unit with sink and extractor hood.

This format allows the buyer to complete the interior by installing appliances and selecting furniture and décor according to personal preferences.
