Due Diligence
Every property is audited before we present it to you.
- Legal Audit: Full ownership history check by our legal partners. No hidden debts, arrests, or disputes.
- Technical Audit: Inspection of construction quality, engineering systems, utilities, and compliance with documentation
- Market Assessment: Rental potential and liquidity evaluation for the specific property and location
You receive a complete due diligence report. No funds move until you review and approve.
Legal Setup & Closing
We handle everything required for a non-resident to own property in Ukraine. Remotely.
- Tax ID Registration: Obtained for non-residents via our legal partners
- Investment Account: Opened at our banking partner in your name
- Ownership Structuring: Personal or corporate ownership selected to minimize capital gains tax and apply the tax treaty with your country of residence
- Power of Attorney: You grant power of attorney once. We represent you at every step: notary, registration, banking.
- Escrow Protection: Funds released at notarial milestones. Not transferred upfront in a single payment.
- Title Registration: Property registered in your name in the Ukrainian Property Registry within 1-5 business days

Asset Management & Reporting
From the moment ownership is registered, we run everything.
- Property Management: Tenant search, vetting, and contract signing on your behalf
- Operations: Rent collection, maintenance coordination, utility control, tenant communication
