Senat is a new business-class residential complex in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, not far from the Urochyshche Teremky and Holosiivskyi parks. The project includes three buildings with a different number of storeys. The lower floors are allocated for commercial spaces, which will allow getting necessary services “without leaving home”, and some of the apartments feature private terraces. In the building entrances, residents are greeted by designer lobbies and a concierge service.
A children’s playground, a sports zone with exercise machines, open terraces, BBQ areas with gazebos, and a yoga space for physical practices and meditations will be located on the adjoining territory. For residents with cars, the complex will have a parking lot for 329 spaces.
