“Svitlo Park” is a large-scale project in Kyiv by the developer Futura Hata, embodying the concept of a self-sufficient neighborhood that essentially functions as a fully-fledged mini-city. The complex comprises twenty-three apartment buildings of varying heights, distinguished by their vibrant, multicolored facades.
The buildings are constructed using modern technologies that ensure their durability and energy efficiency. At their core is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, with walls constructed from aerated concrete blocks and brick. Facade insulation with mineral wool ensures comfortable living conditions and minimizes heating costs. The complex’s utilities are connected to the city’s central networks, and the apartments are handed over without interior finishing (shell and core), allowing owners to bring any of their design ideas to life.
