Gravity Park is a modern, energy-independent residential complex being built by the Kreator-Bud company at 139 Beresteiskyi Avenue in Kyiv, nestled in the green part of the Sviatoshynskyi district.

This is half the price of standard tariffs found in other residential complexes. Additional energy efficiency is ensured by an autonomous heating system with rooftop boiler rooms, mineral wool facade insulation, energy-saving windows, and individual utility meters.
