The Aria residential complex is the flagship project of the Geos company. The project’s architects sought to create a recognizable composition according to modern trends in architecture — out of concrete, metal, and glass. Thanks to the smooth shapes of the facades, variable number of storeys, and location, the external appearance of the building will change from different viewpoints.
Aria will become the first residential complex in Ukraine to claim a BREEAM certificate — that is, it will satisfy the requirements of a building’s ecological efficiency. The main goal of the standards is construction that does not harm the environment, which applies to the site, the process, and further operation, as well as the materials used.
